5K Fun Run for the Pilgrim's Hospice
Just got in from a 5K Fun Run which J-Rock and I ran near Margate in aid of the Pilgrim's Hospice, at noon. J-Rock ran the whole distance! Quite a feat since his previous long distance had been 1k! Beautiful beautiful day, light wind, sunny, and warm. Bill Bolton Arena hat kept J-Rock cool! very cool! Here are the photos.

WAY TO GO K.T. AND J-ROCK! Q: What's the difference between a fun-run and a mutt show? A: In a mutt-show you take your shower first!!
Sadie and Daniel took home a blue ribbon for Best Trick. One held a stick and the other jumped. You figure out who did what.
ps, we need a picture of the boy in his school finery!
